Please read before placing your order.

Pre-Order Window

Pre-orders for The Ruin Me – Forbidden Shelf Black Label Edition will remain open until (insert closing date) or until the production limit has been reached.

Production

Once the pre-order window closes, production will begin immediately.

Every Black Label component is manufactured specifically for this release, including custom-designed collector items and our exclusive bespoke collectible, which requires dedicated tooling and production.

As each item is made exclusively for this edition, production takes several months to ensure every detail meets our quality standards.

Estimated Dispatch

We anticipate shipping to begin in January 2027.

Should there be any unexpected manufacturing delays, all customers will be kept informed throughout the production process.

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all Black Label orders are final.

Because each Black Label Edition is produced exclusively to order—including custom manufacturing, bespoke collector components and exclusive production created specifically for this release—we are unable to accept cancellations, order amendments or refunds once your pre-order has been placed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are reserving a made-to-order collector's edition that is being manufactured specifically for you.

If, in the unlikely event, Forbidden Shelf is unable to fulfil your order, you will receive a full refund.

 

Monthly Subscription

Production

Your Forbidden Shelf Monthly Subscription is carefully curated each month using premium books and handpicked luxury products.

Subscription boxes begin preparation once your monthly payment has been successfully processed.

Estimated Dispatch

Boxes are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days following your monthly renewal date.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time.

• If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.

• If your monthly payment has already been processed, your subscription will remain active until that month's box has been dispatched, after which your subscription will end.

No cancellation fees apply.

 

Mystery Drop

Production

Every Forbidden Shelf Mystery Drop is produced in limited quantities and carefully curated before launch.

Each release is completely unique and will never be recreated in exactly the same way.

Estimated Dispatch

Mystery Drops are typically dispatched within 5–10 working days after the launch window has closed.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this time, orders enter our fulfilment process and cannot be cancelled or amended.

Once a Mystery Drop has sold out, it will not be restocked.

 

Collector Edition Pre-Order Information

This includes ordering exclusive books, commissioned merchandise, luxury packaging and carefully curated products from our production partners.

Because every edition is made to order, production may take several months to complete.

The estimated dispatch date for each Collector Edition will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

If any unexpected supplier, manufacturing or shipping delays occur, all customers will be kept informed throughout the production process.

Cancellation Policy

All Black Label pre-orders are final.
