While we always aim to meet our estimated dispatch dates, occasional delays may occur due to manufacturing schedules, supplier lead times, customs processing or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Should any unexpected delays arise, we will keep customers updated throughout the process and provide revised dispatch estimates whenever possible.
